How to arrange the Yoga exercises before the diet

Yoga practitioners in practice required prior to fasting, but fasting does not mean that hunger, too hungry when human blood glucose level has declined considerably, but not conducive to the exercise.

In fact, over one third of the full State practice is more appropriate.

The following are some food digestion time so that you can practice time flexible arrangements for meals.

Fruit:

30 minutes-1 hour, melon fruit (such as watermelon) shortest and longest bananas.

Vegetables:

45 minutes-2 hours, cucurbit vegetables (such as white gourd) shortest, followed by the Solanaceae vegetables (such as the tomato, Eggplant), followed by leafy vegetables (such as spinach, cabbage) and cruciferous vegetables (broccoli), digestion and the longest is root vegetables (such as sweet potato, taro).

Cereal:

1 HR 30 min-3 hrs, fluid or semifluid grain foods (such as porridge) digestion time shorter, after fermentation and no added fats in food (such as bread, no grease bread), and also easier to digest.

Protein:
