Campaign to learn correct water

United States sports medicine experts pointed out that, in the long distance or prolonged exercise, simply add water or mineral water would be counterproductive, and even more to drink the more elevated body temperature, thirst, the calf muscles spasm, "water poisoning" symptoms.

2. sports drink about 2 hours ago in 500 ml of boiled water or mineral water.
