Steamed bun with a pasta why more nutritious than noodles

The same is the pasta can be fermented bread, bread than pie, noodles etc not fermented food nutrition richer.

Why? research proved that, not only changed the yeast dough structure, so that they become more soft and tasty, it also greatly increases the steamed bun, bread of nutritional value.
