I believe we all have heard of the concept of five fruits and vegetables every day, this is the United States before implementing preventive health concept, a day at least to eat 3 servings of vegetables + 2 servings of fruits.
And 1 means about 100 grams, probably a fist-sized fruits, almost is a Liu Ding, small Apple, or of the fruit, so at least a day to eat more than 2.
