How to eat for lunch is not sleepy

A finished lunch started sleepy, many people familiar with the experience.

To drive the sleepy, what action we should take? someone through dessert, bread, biscuits, ice cream, and other high calorie, high-carbohydrate foods to dispel the idea, but sleepy to do so. These foods can cause blood sugar to increase dramatically, although temporarily complements the energy that makes you more dynamic, when blood sugar slowly decreasing, the brain will start to appear on adverse reaction or a headache or emotional instability, irritability, or a brain like no nourishment of machines not working well, and often distracted for the afternoon's work and life really much chaos.
