Eat more fruits and vegetables to eliminate impaired

A new study says that young regularly eat fruit, helps prevent macular degeneration of retina.

As an early study, the study also suggested that the vegetables vitamin or carotenoid (you can make some fruits and vegetables presents red, orange or yellow substance) on sight does not have a very strong protection. This study is the first large scale and perspective from diet to prevent the disease.
